Lyrics

(J’y vais…)
Dans chacun de nos pas.
J’y vais.

Lyrics (English translation)

If I have to walk an entire life to see my childhood in my eyes,
I’m going there.
If I have to find its light when it’s worth it, I’m going there.

Like a really first glance,
The beginning of my story.

And in every one of our paces,
We take with us something such as a shadow,
From here to the end of the world.
We don’t mind wherever the time will take us to
He is here! He is the voice which sings about us.
He is a nice ghost who haunts us,
This child who doesn’t leave us.

My whole life comes from his.
His whole life is held in my veins.

If I had to sail through the seas to set on fire on the lands of Fire, I’d go there…
If I had to find again my dreams of yesterday to give them a better world, I’d go there.

When the past outruns me,
I hear him laughing in silence.

And in every one of our paces,
We take with us something like a shadow,
From here to the end of the world.
We don’t mind wherever the time will take us to.
He is here! He is the voice which sings about us.
He is a nice ghost who haunts us,
He is this child who doesn’t leave us.

In the songs, in the prayers,
All our secrets lost in time… I’m going there.
In these springs without winter,
In every mirror with yesterday’s reflections…I’m going there!

It’s in every one of our paces!
(In the songs, in the prayers…)
In every one of our paces!
(In every secret lost in time…)
I’m going there!

In every one of our paces!
(In these springs without winter…)
(In every miror with reflections of the past…)
(I’m going there…)
In every one of our paces!
I’m going there!
